How about a little #fridayintroduction since it's been a while! I'm Lana! Wife to a police officer, mother to 3 not so little little ones (8, 11,12), 2 16yr old rescue chihuahuas and a bird that talks to me while I'm home alone most days! I've been a maker for 13 yrs and entered the furniture making world about 6 yrs ago when we needed to fill up our new home! It is very satisfying to see the progress from old to new pieces as I go through the house, and to hear the kids tell their friends "my mom made my desk, and bed!" brings me such joy. I get a lot of inspiration from many of you fellow IG makers! Tell me where you are following from!

It's fun living near another maker who will come over and talk shop and make sawdust with you! We each made a wooden sled for our porches(they both need finishing).
